our process
Appointment
Set up a time & date to get started! We handle all of our customers individually to ensure we address your specific needs to the best of our abilities.
Quote
Within 24-48 hours after your appointment, we will email you a quote for review. We do require a written approval (email is accepted) to proceed.
parts
Upon your approval, payment for parts (for example, hard drives, or software) is required prior to any installation.
labor
Next, we work with you as best as we can to set up a date & time to perform maintenance, or installation.
Payment
Once we are finished, an invoice will be sent out for the remaining invoice amount.
site survey
Wire Pulls, Security cameras, and Audio Visual installations are subject to site surveys prior to official quote construction.

commitment free!
We offer Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly maintenance agreements which can be cancelled anytime after your 3-month trial period. The trial period is used to establish trust between us and our clients. In addition, we take this time to truly determine what kind of services each client requires.

Rates
Rates vary depending on what services you require, and which maintenance agreement you are on (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly).

Various services are available to non-maintenance customers. These include, but are not limited to, Smart home device installations (cameras, doorbells, alarms, and etc.), PC building, PC repair. Simply give us a call! We will do our best to help you.
